Excellent personnel and good and favorable location right across the street from the outlets. Exceptionally comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and TV set, a microwave oven and a writing table in the room.

That was little hotel set in secure area, short walk to San Marcos, and the shopping centre. Also, location was good and excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from Tanger Outlet Center. I appreciated this venue👍

This place is conveniently situated near the shopping center, outlets, and an outlet mall. You can easily access these spots without traveling far. Plus, the staff here are extremely friendly and super nice, making your stay even more enjoyable.

Heat came on (in August in Te xas)@ 3:30 am and would not turn off. The room was stifling hot. Unbearable.

Fairly inexpensive, clean, no issues.

Furniture was kind of old and beat up, but servicable.

Comfortable room equipped with everything I needed. the staff here were so friendly and welcoming, couldn't ask for better service. Great location, close to a bunch of restaurants and shopping spots like outlets and just a stone's throw away from cool places like San Marcos and New Braunfels 😊.

I requested in the lobby to stay one more hour, from 12 to 1 pm, but He told me that I had to pay 15 usd for each our after 12 pm, ,so I left at 12 pm. Most hotels the first hour is at no additional charge. Next time I will look for a different hotel.

I really enjoyed my comfortable room with two beds, it was nicely furnished and reasonably priced, and the convenient location was close to various dining and shopping options.

Poor customer service, non-friendly, excuse making staff, lack of communication between staff and guests, lack of follow-thu with concerns & no resolutions. I & my guest did not feel welcome upon entering the lobby, the pool was not operable and the young lady at the desk was not helpful and only become alarmed after I insisted she look at the pool. This was the reason we chose to stay at Baymont, was for the indoor pool. I was willing to overlook the cosmetics of the hotel but the he hotel does need some touch-up. The bedding and pillows are of lower quality. The stay was disappointing. To this day have not received a phone call regarding the stay. I guess tjhe management does not care.......

The rooms were well-appointed and well priced with double beds, felt like home. the location was great for me, near the shopping center. - It was close enough to various food options and outlet malls, including Whataburger, McDonald's, Starbucks, Stripes, and San Marcos outlet stores.

Great spot! Had a blast here. Everyone on staff was super friendly. the location by the outlets was fantastic. Good eats at the restaurant, with hot food ready to go. Overall, it was an awesome experience. 🌟

Great hotel in a nice area. the staff was nice throughout our stay. - Continental breakfast offered with juice, waffles, and pancakes. - A convenient place for exploring San Marcos.
